[Oracle] ORA-01000: 최대 열기 커서 수를 초과

위 에러는 PreparedStatement나 Statement를 사용하고 close()를 하지 않아서

오라클 프로세스당 커서수가 증가되어서 발생하는 에러이다.

PreparedStatement나 Statement를 사용하고 close()를 해줘야한다
